Arrival & Meeting Point
Whether you are arriving in Italy or already staying in the region, we make the start of your adventure easy.
If you are flying into Italy, the most convenient airports are Venice (VCE) and Treviso (TSF). We can help organize the meeting point and the transfer to the starting location of the tour.
If you are already in Italy — for example in the Dolomites or nearby areas — we can arrange to meet you directly and start the tour from there.

Accommodation & Tour Logistics
Depending on the tour you choose, the structure of the trip may vary.
In some tours we stay in the same hotel for several nights, exploring different routes in the surrounding area.
In other tours, such as our point-to-point adventures, we move from one location to another, discovering new landscapes every day.
In every case, we take care of the organization — from accommodation to daily route planning — so you can simply enjoy the experience.

Logistics & Support
During the tour, our team provides full logistical support to make the experience comfortable and worry-free.
One or more experienced guides will lead the group along the route, showing the best trails and landscapes.
A support van follows the group throughout the journey and is always available if needed. The van transports luggage between accommodations and provides assistance during the ride.
This way you can enjoy the tour without worrying about logistics — we take care of everything.

What You Need to Bring
You only need to bring a few personal items for the tour.
If you have your own helmet, we recommend bringing it with you. If not, we can provide one for you.
Cycling clothing and personal gear should be brought by participants. Please make sure to bring suitable clothing for riding and for the weather conditions.
We provide the bikes and the necessary equipment, and our support van transports your luggage between accommodations during the tour.
All you need to do is bring your luggage and enjoy the adventure.

If you have special requests or particular needs, please let us know in advance.
We will do our best to organize everything and adapt the experience whenever possible.

End of the Tour
At the end of the tour, we will help you return to your departure point.
Whether you need to reach Venice or Treviso airport, or another nearby location, we can organize the return according to the tour itinerary.
